We know international travel can be the most stressful part of any conference with tight connections, delayed flights, unfamiliar transfers. IEA2027 removes as much of that as possible. There are direct flights into London from across the UK, Europe and far beyond. Excel London is directly linked by train to Heathrow and to many of the major London rail stations, so you can be across the city in an hour, building in the breathing room you need without losing a full day either side of the congress. London City Airport, serving major UK and European cities, sits just across the water from the venue, making it one of the most convenient locations you’ll find anywhere.

Once you land, everything is close by. Stay at a great choice of hotels just a few minutes’ walk from the venue, with specially discounted delegate rates from £120 per night. No early alarms, no battling crowds, no cross-city commutes eating into your valuable congress time. We’ll provide full directions and guidance from all transport hubs so you don’t have to worry about that either. It couldn’t be easier.

Share your story: Solved a problem that made someone’s task easier? Found a smarter way to design for how people actually live and work? The community wants to hear it. Submit your research, case study or workshop proposal and join the conversation shaping the future of ergonomics and human factors.

Not presented before or unsure about how to submit? See our webinar: https://ergonomics.org.uk/events-calendar/iea2027-call-for-submissions-q-a.html
