Certification bodies with IEA endorsement have been checked to ensure that they operate according to internationally accepted criteria for such bodies.
Ergonomists who have been certified by the following certification boards at the professional level have all obtained an education in ergonomics at university level that covers the Core Competencies in Human Factors and Ergonomics and have at least two years of independent professional experience. These ergonomists have signed a Code of Conduct and are regularly peer-reviewed to ensure that they remain up-to-date in professional knowledge.
