Organisational Design and Management Conference 2023

This conference is organised by the IEA Technical Committee on  Organisational Design and Management ODAM. It addresses how Human Factors and Ergonomics can better support organisations and workers, managers included, to make them actors of societal transition. The 14th ODAM congress will take place from July 11 to 13, 2023, in Bordeaux, France. It is organized by the Department of Ergonomics of Complex Systems of the National Polytechnic Institute of Bordeaux (Bordeaux-INP). The theme of the symposium is “Societal transitions and transformation of work: Intervening in organizations and on the work of managers”
