The 15th International Symposium on Human Factors/Ergonomics in Organizational Design and Management (ODAM) sponsored by the IEA Organizational Design and Management Technical Committee and the HFES  Macroergonomics Technical Group will take place from June 8–10, 2026, at the University of Connecticut, Storrs campus.
