Use of this Forum

I am interested in whether Council members would like to use this forum to exchange information with each other. I think it could be useful for me to post information about upcoming Council meetings and to collect your ideas on specific topics. Let me know if you read this and would find it useful.

Thank you Maggie for the wonderful initiative.
Unfortunately, there were no trigger that notify members that a new forum has been opened.
Perhaps if there are any optional subscription to receive such alert, it would be great.
(Note that this is in addition to the subscription of replies via checkbox at the bottom).

And in my past experiences with forum, there should be some ground rules.
Perhaps, it will be good to institute one to avoid any potential misuse or conflict in the near future.
